Gunnar Winther Eliassen

Gunnar Winther Eliassen is the founder and Managing Member of SNC Winther Holdings Ltd., a private investment and advisory company and has extensive experience from a wide range of different energy sectors. Before establishing SNC Winther Holdings Ltd. in 2023, he served as Investment Director at Seatankers Services (UK) LLP from 2016 to 2023 and as a Partner in Pareto Securities from 2011 to 2015.

Mr. Eliassen is currently Chair of the Board of Scana, Soiltech and Ventura Offshore, and a Board member of Vantage Drilling and KLX Energy Services. Mr. Eliassen has previously held board positions at Valaris, NorAm Drilling, Seadrill, Aquadrill (formerly known as Seadrill Partners), Quintana Energy Services and Northern Drilling as well as executive rolls as CEO of ST Energy Transition and CEO of Northern Drilling.

Mr. Eliassen holds a Master in Finance from the Norwegian School of Economics, is a Norwegian citizen and resides in the UK.

Mr. Eliassen has been a Director of Prosafe since February 2024 and is due for re-election at the AGM in 2025.
