Born: 1964

Mr Rødland has 25 years experience in shipping, oil and gas and other industries. He has extensive experience as an analyst and in corporate finance from Investment banking, Private Office and Private Equity.

Mr Rødland also has considerable experience as a board member and chairman of several Norwegian public companies and other international companies. He is currently Chairman of Seadrill Limited and of AqualisBraemar ASA.

Mr. Rødland’s qualifications include an MBA and Postgraduate Studies in Finance completed at the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration (NHH) and UCLA.

Mr Rødland has been a director since 2016 and was appointed Interim Chairman on 25 May 2016 and Chairman on 30 November 2016. He is due for re-election at the AGM in 2021.

Ms Aagaard-Svendsen is a board professional with an extensive board experience. Outside Prosafe, Ms. Aagaard-Svendsen is Vice Chairman of Copenhagen Malmö Port AB, Board member and Audit Committee Chairman of DNV-GL AS, Aker Solutions ASA and West of England Ship Owners Mutual Insurance Association, and Board Member of Stiftelsen Det Norske Veritas, Otto Mønsted A/S and Reapplix A/S.

Ms Aagaard-Svendsen has more than 35 years of international business experience, including 25 years of shipping experience and 15 years within the offshore industry. Until 2016 she was Chief Financial Officer of J. Lauritzen for 18 years. During the period between 2011 and 2015, she was Chairman for the Danish committee on Corporate Governance.

Ms Aagaard-Svendsen has a Constructional Engineering degree from the Technical University of Denmark and a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration, from the Copenhagen Business School. In addition, miscellaneous executive programs at IESE (Barcelona); IMD (Lousanne) and INSEAD (Paris).

Ms Aagaard-Svendsen has been a Director of Prosafe since 2017 and is due for re-election at the AGM in 2021.

Mrs. Udnes Tronstad is a board professional. She has more than 30 years of managerial experience from the oil and gas industry working for Equinor, Aker Solutions and Kvaerner.

Mrs. Udnes Tronstad has extensive experience as an independent board director for private and listed companies. Outside Prosafe, she is currently Chair of Source Energy and Board member of Norges Bank, GIEK, Polarcus, Ramboll Group, Fishency Innovation and Technoport.

Mrs. Udnes Tronstad has a MSc in chemical engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).

Mrs. Udnes Tronstad has been a Director of Prosafe since 2019 and is due for re-election at the AGM in 2021.

Alf C. Thorkildsen

Mr Thorkildsen has more than 30 years of managerial experience from the oil and gas industry. Mr Thorkildsen is currently Senior Partner in HitecVision AS where he has been employed since 2013. Prior to this, he served as Chief Executive Officer for Seadrill, Chief Finance Officer for Seadrill and Chief Financial Officer for Smedvig ASA. Mr Thorkildsen started his career in 1980 in Larsen and Hagen Shipping and worked thereafter for 20 years in Shell in numerous senior positions.

Mr Thorkildsen has considerable experience as a board member of several public companies and is currently board member of Golar LNG Partners, Atlantica Offshore, Energy Drilling and Hav.

Mr. Thorkildsen has a degree in business from Handelsakademiet in Norway and an MBA from Arizona State University.

Mr Thorkildsen has been a Director since 2020 and is due for re-election at the AGM in 2021.

Mr Andresen (born 1974) has been Chief Executive Officer since March 2017.

He holds an Executive MBA from INSEAD, France/Singapore, and a Masters degree in law from University of Copenhagen.

Prior to joining Prosafe, Mr Andresen has held various positions including CEO in Axis Offshore, President of Lauritzen Offshore (Singapore) Pte. and Managing Director of J. Lauritzen Singapore.

Stig H. Christiansen

Mr Christiansen (born 1968) has been Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer since March 2017. He joined Prosafe as CFO in August 2015 and was Acting CEO from April 2016 until March 2017.

He holds an MBA in International Business Economics from the University of Aalborg, Denmark, and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Birmingham, UK.

Mr Christiansen has more than 20 years of experience from management and finance positions in the oil and gas industry. He has been Chief Executive Officer of the international oil service provider Add Energy Group AS and Senior Vice President – Group Finance in Statoil. Mr. Christiansen was employed by Prosafe in the period from 1997 to 2005, the last five years of which as Chief Financial Officer for the Group.

Mr Stewart (born 1973) has been Chief Commercial Officer of Prosafe since June 2013.

He holds an LLM in Oil and Gas Law from The Robert Gordon University and a BSc in Engineering, also from The Robert Gordon University. Mr Stewart joined Prosafe in 2001 and has held several positions, last as Commercial Director. Prior to joining Prosafe, he held various positions in the North Sea oil industry.
