Code of conduct
Prosafe sets high ethical standards for everyone who acts on the company's behalf. People working for Prosafe carry with them ballast from different cultures, religions and traditions. To ensure a uniform standard of behaviour, the company has adopted a code of business ethics which must be observed by each employee in every geographical area at all times.
Prosafe insists on honesty and fairness in all aspects of its business.

Prosafe aims to reach its targets in an ethical manner, requires ethical behaviour in all circumstances relating to its business activities, and expects the same conduct from its partners.

Every Prosafe company and all Prosafe employees must conform to the company's business standards and to the relevant laws and regulations of the countries in which they operate and fulfil their obligations in a reliable manner. Prosafe insists on honesty and fairness in all aspects of its business and expects the same from its partners.

The company’s Code of Conduct was adopted by the Board of Directors in November 2018 and is reviewed annually. Compliance with our Code of Conduct is essential, with every individual employee being responsible for acting in accordance with these principles.
