If Prosafe personnel are in doubt whether behaviour is unethical or not, they should raise this concern with their manager. If they feel that the matter cannot be discussed with their manager, the concern must be discussed with another senior manager, HR, the General Manager, or raised with Prosafe’s Ethics Committee.
All reports go to the Ethics Committee and are treated with strict confidentiality. Prosafe personnel can make the report anonymously. However, the company encourages them to provide some contact information to enable Prosafe to contact them for more details in cases where this is necessary in order to sufficiently investigate the case.
