Code of Conduct
Prosafe sets high ethical standards for everyone who acts on the company’s behalf. People working for Prosafe carry with them ballast from different cultures, religions and traditions. To ensure a uniform standard of behaviour, the company has adopted a code of business ethics which must be observed by each employee in every geographical area at all times.
We aim to reach our targets in an ethical manner, demonstrating ethical behaviour in all circumstances relating to our business activities, and we expect the same conduct from our partners.
Every Prosafe company and all employees must conform to the company’s business standards and to the relevant laws and regulations of the countries in which we operate, fulfilling their obligations in a reliable manner. We insist on honesty and fairness in all aspects of our business and expect the same from our partners.
The company’s Code of Conduct was adopted by the Board of Directors in November 2022 and is reviewed annually. Compliance with our Code of Conduct is essential, with every individual employee being responsible for acting in accordance with these principles.
Breaches or suspected breaches of Prosafe’s Code of Conduct and business integrity concerns can be reported through the established whistleblowing channel.
