Prosafe will never ask for any payments from applicants at any point in the recruitment process

It has come to our attention that various individuals and organisations are contacting people offering employment opportunities with Prosafe. These individuals and organisations may request personal information or money in order to progress the application.

Please note that:

  • Prosafe will never ask for any payments from applicants at any point in the recruitment process, e.g. for visa fees, taxes, travel expenses or software programs
  • Prosafe will never require personal information such as passport and bank account details at an early stage of the process
  • Prosafe will never send emails from free web-based email accounts such as Yahoo, Gmail, Hotmail or Live.com. Emails from Prosafe are always sent from an address that ends with @prosafe.com
  • Prosafe will not hide the caller ID during phone conversations

For vacancies advertised on Prosafe’s website, Prosafe only accepts applications and CVs uploaded on our recruitment portal at www.prosafe.com , not via email. All individuals who are offered employment with Prosafe are required to go through a formal recruitment process. During this recruitment process, you will always meet in person with a Prosafe employee or representative for an interview before any formal offer is made.

If you have doubts regarding the legitimacy of an email, letter or website, or you wish to determine whether an individual or organisation is offering genuine employment opportunities within Prosafe, please email your concern or question to ethics@prosafe.com and include your contact information so that we may communicate with you directly if necessary.

We take recruitment fraud very seriously, and may pass information relating to these situations to appropriate authorities.

We thank you in advance for taking the time to inform us.
