Mr Rødland has 25 years experience in shipping, oil and gas and other industries. He has extensive experience as an analyst and in corporate finance generally. Currently, Mr Rødland is a senior partner at HitecVision.
Mr Rødland also has considerable experience as a board member and chairman of several Norwegian public companies and other international companies. He is currently Chairman of Aqualis ASA and a board member in Spectrum ASA.
Mr. Rødland’s qualifications include an MBA and Postgraduate Studies in Finance completed at the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration (NHH) and UCLA.
Mr Rødland has been a director since 2016 and was appointed Interim Chairman on 25 May 2016 and Chairman on 30 November 2016. He is due for re-election in 2018.

Mr Cornish has 16 years previous experience as a geologist with Shell and BP. Thereafter, he was Chairman for five years and CEO for 12 years at Interconnector UK. He also held posts as President and General Manager of BP Exploration in Indonesia, Chief Representative and General Manager for BP in Egypt and was Regional Manager for Shell Canada Minerals. He is currently a Non-Executive Director of Gasrec Ltd.
Mr Cornish holds a Higher National Diploma in Business Studies and a BSC (Hons) Geology from the University of Leicester.
Mr Cornish has been a Director of Prosafe since 2009 and is due for re-election in 2018.

Mr Johansen is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of TGS-NOPEC Geophysical Company (TGS) based in Houston, Texas, USA. Prior to this, Mr Johansen served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Finance Officer for TGS since 2010. Mr Johansen also has executive experience from the IT-services and construction industries and he has been on the board of several publicly listed companies in Norway.
Mr Johansen earned his undergraduate and Master’s degrees in business administration from the University of New Mexico.
Mr Johansen has been a Director of Prosafe since 2017 and is due for re-election in 2018.

Ms Erotocritou is a partner at the international law firm Harneys (Harneys Aristodemou Loizides Yiolitis LLC) and has extensive legal experience advising in the fields of banking and finance, corporate and capital markets transactions.
Ms Erotocritou holds a LLB from Sheffield University, an LLM in International Corporate and Commercial law from University College London and has completed the Legal Practice Course (LPC) of the Law Society of England and Wales. She is a Cyprus qualified lawyer and member of the Cyprus Bar Association and the Women’s International Shipping and Trading Association. She is the exclusive banking and finance representative of the Women’s Law Network in Cyprus and is a member of the board of directors and executive committee of the Norwegian Business Association in Cyprus.
Ms Erotocritou has been a Director of Prosafe since 2014 and is due for re-election in 2018.
Ms Aagaard-Svendsen is a board professional with an extensive board experience. In addition to Prosafe, her directorships currently comprise of DNVGL AS, Stiftelsen Det Norske Veritas, Axis Offshore Pte. Ltd., Dalhoff Larsen og Horneman A/S (vice chairman), Otto Mønsted A/S and West of England Ship Owners Mutual Insurance Ass. in which she is chairman of the Audit Committee. She is also a lecturer at Copenhagen Business School (Executive Board education).
Ms Aagaard-Svendsen has more than 35 years of international business experience, including 25 years of shipping experience and 10 years within the offshore industry. Until 2016 she was CFO of J. Lauritzen for 18 years. During 2011 – 2015 she was chairman for the Danish committee on Corporate governance.
Ms Aagaard-Svendsen has a Bachelor in Science of Engineering degree from the Technical University of Denmark and a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration, from the Copenhagen Business School.
Ms Aagaard-Svendsen has been a Director of Prosafe since 2017 and is due for re-election in 2018.

Mr. Maier has more than three decades of oil and gas industry experience working for Seadrill from 2007 until 2016. Prior to this Mr. Maier worked for Transocean from 1996 to 2007, and Ross Offshore from 1986 until 1996.
Mr. Maier previously served as Senior Vice President for Seadrill based in Houston and as Senior Vice President for Seadrill Africa Middle East based in Dubai. Mr. Maier has an extensive career managing oil and gas operations in Europe, Middle East, Africa and the Americas, and has also held various corporate positions in Norway. Mr Maier is currently Chief Operating Officer for Borr Drilling.
Mr. Maier holds a degree in Marine Engineering from the Maritime Institute in Tønsberg.
Mr Maier has been a Director of Prosafe since 2016 and is due for re-election in 2018.
